Overview
One of the two, identical studio apartments that are located on the ground floor of our home. Big, spacious, and cool, these studios come with everything you need. A full kitchen with cooking basics provided, AC, ceiling fan, floor fan, queen bed, futon bed, private bathroom with hot water water, beach towels, smart TV, WiFi, drinking water and bicycles!
The space is privately yours as in the porch with a hammock and chairs. We have BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. One thing to note is that we live upstairs and you'll be able to hear a bit of daily-life noise; mostly the footfalls of our youngest daughter.

Check-in/out Policy:
- Minimum 3 nights stay
- Check-in: 14:00
- Check-out: 10:00
- Early check-in or late check-out will be upon availability.
Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund for cancellations made 5 days prior to check-in.
- Cancellations received less than 5 days prior to check-in sustain a cancellation fee which is equal to 50% of reservation total.
- Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to check-in will be charged in full including all applicable taxes.
- We will refund cancellation fees for any nights that get rebooked.

- By Visa Card, Mastercard.
- A 9% tourist accommodation tax is not included in the nightly rate.
Children and Extra Adult Policy:
- Add US$15/night for a third adult.
- Children under 5 are free.
- If travelling with 2 small children (under 12 years), a single extra US$15/night fee will be charged.

Our Other Accommodations
We have five rentals in total; two identical studio apartments on the ground floor of our home and three cabins. All but one unit have full kitchens with cooking basics provided, AC & fans, WiFi, unlimited drinking water, smart TV’s and best of all, a bike for every guest!
All units have one queen bed with the studio apartments having a futon bed as well. The max occupancy for the cabins is 2 adults or 1 adult + 1 child and the studios are 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 small children.
