Picololo Holiday Rentals
Picololo is situated on a large, fenced property towards the south of the island, one block from the Caye Caulker airstrip. It’s a quiet, residential area and our tree-filled property offers cool shade after days spent in the sea & sun. It's 1.5 km (or a 10 minute leisurely bike ride) to The Split which is the main swimming area and beach on Caye Caulker. Within that 1.5 km lies the entire village of Caye Caulker. The island is tiny!
We have five rentals in total; two identical studio apartments on the ground floor of our home and three cabins. All but one unit have full kitchens with cooking basics provided, AC & fans, WiFi, unlimited drinking water, smart TV’s and best of all, a bike for every guest!
All units have one queen bed with the studio apartments having a futon bed as well. The max occupancy for the cabins is 2 adults or 1 adult + 1 child and the studios are 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 small children. We live on-site and are always around or close by to offer our recommendations or provide assistance should you need any.

We had a wonderful experience at Picololo! They made everything so easy and seamless for us, starting from providing information on taxis from the airport to ferry port. They picked us up from the ferry and dropped us off upon departure. Very handy with heavy bags!
I was surprised at how spotless everything was in the cabin! This was the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. It is very spacious and there is a traditional island barbeque available for use, which we loved!
You will feel very welcomed here. They are a very friendly and warm family. Whenever I needed something they responded straight away.
Pike and Hilary were amazing, when my girlfriend and I come back to Caye Caulker we will definitely be staying at Picololo again! We got a round trip golf cart ride to the ferry and an island tour and so many great recommendations. The pump house cabin was super cozy and cool and well stocked. 10/10 stay!
This was the most wonderful experience for us. Hilary was super helpful, and helped us navigate the island. Pike picked us up from the water taxi and gave us a tour of the island. We had everything we needed. The whole island has a rustic feel to it. Our little studio was clean, and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The bedding was cotton, the pillows were nicely stuffed, and the bed was to the firmer side which I prefer. All in all we recommend Piccolo very highly.
Truly amazing hosts. From the spotless comfortable cabin, local restaurant recommendations, tour operator suggestions, adorable and affectionate pups to the courtesy shuttle to/from the ferry. These hosts are excellent and have a passion for making your stay an excellent one! Book now, you won't regret it!
I spent 3 nights at Picololo on New Year's Eve and it was one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. The apartment was super clean, there was plenty of space and there was everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment also comes with two bikes - super handy for exploring the island. Pike picked me up from the ferry and showed me around the island. Hilary and Pike are so nice and helpful. I immediately felt at home.

The place is very pacefull, it is well located and it is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Hosts are very friendly and would support you in any request! There are also bicycles you can use to go around island. Highly recommended.
